Javier Orera represented GH2C in Chile CFC Congress with the work titled “Subject-specific modeling of infant aortic haemodynamics: Assessment of aortic conduit and reservoir functions under hypoplastic left heart syndrome condition,” receiving positive feedback from Prof. Eleuterio Toro. His work focuses on wall stiffness reconstruction using PINNs trained with real infant patient data provided by Prof. Pablo Lamata from King’s College London. This work was the result of the collaboration of GCH2 and Prof. Julia Ramírez from the Biomedical Signal Interpretation and Computational Simulation (BSICoS) group.
