Jose Segovia Burillo and Pablo Vallés Oliván took part in the 8th MareNostrum Hackathon, held at the Barcelona Supercomputing Center from 28 to 30 September, as part of the SERGHEI-DMR project.
During the hackathon, the researchers continued working on integrating the SERGHEI hydrodynamic framework with the DMR library, which focuses on dynamic resource management. This work aims to advance the ability to adapt computing resources while simulations are running.
The SERGHEI-DMR project also includes Mario Morales Hernández and our collaborator Daniel Caviedes-Voullième. The event provided a dedicated setting to continue developing and testing high-performance computing applications on BSC platforms.
